Meechwood ("we") is committed to protecting the personal information of visitors to this site, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
Information we collect
When you fill out one of our forms, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, desired move-in date where applicable, the unit type you're looking for, and any message you leave us.
Use
This information is used solely to respond to your request, arrange a visit, and provide you with information about renting a unit at Meechwood.
Sharing with third parties
Submissions from our forms are processed by Formspree Inc., a third-party service provider located in the United States. Your information may therefore be transferred to and stored outside Québec. Formspree is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, complies with the GDPR through standard contractual clauses, and encrypts data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), which allows us to consider that your information benefits from adequate protection. We do not sell or share your information with other third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to process your rental request, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Cookies and audience measurement
With your consent, this site uses Google Tag Manager to deploy audience measurement and advertising cookies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel. These tools help us understand how the site is used and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. None of these cookies are set until you accept their use in the banner shown on your first visit; declining does not affect your ability to browse the site or submit a form.
Information collected by these tools (pages visited, device, referral source) is processed by Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc., which may transfer data to the United States.
