The project
What is Meechwood?
Meechwood is a new 100-unit residential rental project in Chelsea, at the corner of Lonergan and Old Chelsea. New apartments, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, surrounded by forest. The project is developed by Développement Meechwood Inc., part of the 4575 Immobilier (45°N75°O) group.
Where is Meechwood located?
11 Chemin Lonergan, Chelsea, Québec, at the intersection of Lonergan and Old Chelsea. The project has five buildings (A to E), each with its own address on Lonergan and Old Chelsea.
When will units be available?
Summer 2026.
Can I visit the site or book an appointment?
Yes. Visits are by appointment — reach out to book yours.
The units
What unit types are available?
One-bedroom (with or without a den) — 780 to 1,020 sq. ft. Two-bedroom, two-bathroom — 1,210 sq. ft.
What materials and finishes are used?
Engineered hardwood floors. High-end kitchen, wood or wood-and-black finish (varies by building). Granite countertops (muscato beige), on the counter and backsplash. 9-foot ceilings. High-end lighting fixtures. Oversized balcony. Curtains included.
How many appliances are included?
Five: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
Is there laundry on site?
Yes — the washer and dryer are included right in every unit. There is no shared laundry room.
Is parking included?
Discreet indoor parking is available as an option. Outdoor spots are also offered (limited quantity). Communauto car-sharing is also available on site, with three vehicles permanently on the property.
Is a storage locker available?
Yes, as an option.
Are heating and electricity included?
Yes, heating and electricity are included in the rent.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed, subject to certain conditions.
Is there a bike rack?
No, not at this time.
What smart-building features are included?
Smart building management with 1Valet, plus a Salto lock connected to your phone, with controlled access through the gate, pathway, and landscaping.
Are internet and air conditioning included?
Yes — Bell Canada internet is included, along with wall-mounted air conditioning in every unit.
